My name is Frank Frost, and I
design and build bespoke fitted furniture from my workshop in East Sussex.

I'm a one-man operation — which
means that when you work with me, you deal with me throughout. I design your
piece, I build it, and I fit it. There's no salesperson, no subcontractor, and
no one else responsible for the result. Just someone who takes real pride in
getting it right.

How we work

My background is in product
design and joinery, and over the years I've worked across a wide range of
materials and processes — from traditional cabinet making and wood machining to
CNC and metalwork in stainless steel and aluminium.

That breadth of experience
shapes the way I approach every project. I don't just think about how a piece
looks — I think about how it's made, how it will perform over time, and whether
the design is really the best solution for the space and the person using it.
I'm always looking critically at how things could be done better, and that
habit of mind carries through into everything I build.

Fitted furniture is where I've
chosen to concentrate my work, because it's the area where good design makes
the most difference to how a home feels and functions. A well-designed fitted
piece doesn't just add storage — it makes a room.

Every project starts with a
conversation — usually at your home, where I can see the space properly and
understand how you use it. I'll ask questions about what you need, what you
like, and what hasn't been working. Then I'll come back to you with a design
and a quote.

I bring modern technology and
traditional skills together in equal measure. I work from my own fully equipped
workshop in Hastings, using CNC cutting for precision and accuracy, combined
with hand-finishing and traditional joinery techniques where the work demands
it.

The result is furniture that
fits perfectly, is built to last, and looks exactly as it should — because
every stage has been overseen by the same pair of hands and the same eye for
detail.
